Our vision for all of our cycling family is that your kit fits perfectly and that you love riding in it. We have designed our exchange and refund process to be as streamlined as possible. Read on to understand how you'll be treated like a VIP if your kit isn't up to par.
Exchanges & Refunds
In the unlikely event that your WCC apparel either has a manufacturing fault, or doesn't fit you like you were expecting, we will offer an immediate exchange for you. To avail of this service, please email email@example.com and let us know the date of original order, order number and size that you wish to exchange for. Once we have received your apparel (in unmarked, unridden condition, all tags attached, and with the original packing), we will return your new garment via the same postal service as when you originally ordered. We will keep you in the loop of when your exchange apparel has been sent including the new tracking details. We will refund your postage cost at the same time as we send your exchange apparel.
We genuinely care and want you to have the most awesome experiences and make the best-est memories whilst wearing our gear. Oh and don't forget to keep the tracking number for your parcel that you are sending to us, as we can't be responsible for items lost by the postal service, and need to receive the garments before we can start the exchange or refund process.
If we are sold out of your desired size, we will offer you first dibs on our next kit release, or a full refund - you chose.
